Booth Space Application

Application for booth space should be made on this form. It is mutually understood that the information contained in the General Information for Exhibitors becomes part of the agreement when application is made to exhibit at the conference. The General Information for Exhibitors will be sent as a PDF attachment to your confirmation e-mail.

Booth spaces are 10' by 8' and are $250.00 per booth if reserved by September 30, 2017. After September 30, 2017, booth spaces will be $300. If a refund is requested before October 15, 2017, a refund will be given minus the $50.00 deposit. After October 15, 2017, no refunds will be given.

IBEA is accepting credit card and PayPal payments through this registration form. IBEA is accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Donation of Gift(s) for Door Prizes

To encourage traffic in the exhibit area, an IBEA representative will be giving away various door prizes during times exhibits are scheduled with no other sessions and as part of an IBEA/BINGO silent promotion. If your company would like to donate a door prize for this purpose, please let us know when you send in your booth application or at least by September 30, 2017 what the prize is and the approximate value of the item.

One of the exhibit chairs will come to your both to collect the door prizes during the Wednesday set up time. It is important that we know you are bringing a prize to be given away. We want to recognize the person/company giving the prize and want to distribute them evenly during the giveaway times.

During the giveaways, winners must not be present to win. This door prize event will happen very differently this year, based on the feedback we received from our exhibitors. Each person who visits your booth will collect stamps or signatures to complete an IBEA bingo card. They must enter their cards in for the door prize drawing, and the winners will be POSTED rather than read this year. We hope this will allow for more educator/exhibitor interaction and less distracting announcement times.
