IBEA Board of Directors Positions
2nd Vice President, Treasurer, and Board Member-at-Large

Spring 2014 Election

• Elections take place in the spring; newly elected persons begin their term at the close of the fall conference in November 2014 (unless otherwise noted).
• Board members-at-large serve a three (3) year term.
  Duties: Attend the two IBEA board meetings and chair a taskforce.
• The IBEA Treasurer serves a three (3) year term.
  Duties: Keep the records for the organization for reporting purposes. Term begins July 1, 2014.
• The 2nd Vice President automatically moves up to 1st Vice President, then to President, and then to Immediate Past President. A candidate for 2nd Vice President must have served on the IBEA Board of Directors for two (2) consecutive years.
• Two board meetings are held: Fall Conference (November) and Spring (March/April).
