IBEA Board of Directors Positions
2nd Vice President, NCBEA Membership Director, and Board Member-at-Large

Spring 2016 Election

Elections take place in the spring; newly elected persons begin their term at the close of the fall conference in November 2016 (unless otherwise noted).

Board members-at-large serve a three (3) year term.
Duties: Attend the two IBEA board meetings and chair a taskforce.

The NCBEA Membership Director will serve a three (3) year term. (Begins July 1, 2016)
Duties: Serve as NBEA membership director for Illinois and IBEA's official delegate on the NCBEA Executive Board. Attend two IBEA board meetings and all NCBEA board meetings.

The 2nd Vice President automatically moves up to 1st Vice President, then to President, and then to Immediate Past President. A candidate for 2nd Vice President must have served on the IBEA Board of Directors for two (2) consecutive years.

Two board meetings are held: Fall Conference (November) and Spring (March/April).
