PROCEDURE FOR COMPLETING APPLICATION

After you have submitted this form along with your uploaded essay, you must do the following to complete your application:

  • You must submit official sealed transcripts from your high school, community college, and/or university. (An applicant with at least 30 semester hours or equivalent of undergraduate credit does not need to submit a high school transcript.) Transcripts may be sent from schools directly to scholarship chairperson. Copies or faxes of transcripts will not be accepted.
  • You must submit to the scholarship chairperson two letters of recommendation - one from the IBEA member sponsoring you and the other from an individual of your choice.
  • All materials above must be postmarked on or before May 15, 2013. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.

I also understand that by clicking the Submit button, that I am sending an application, along with an essay, via e-mail to the IBEA Scholarship Chairperson Connie Campbell to apply for either the high school or undergraduate scholarship to be awarded at the IBEA 2013 Fall Conference.

A copy of this form submission, along with your attached essay, will be e-mailed to you, your designated IBEA sponsor, the IBEA Webmaster, and stored in the IBEA Website database until the 2013 Fall Conference is completed.
