GENERAL INFORMATION FOR EXHIBITORS

| Exhibitor Set Up: | Exhibitor set-up will be open 1:00 p.m.- 5:00 pm on Wednesday, November 3, 2010, and 6:30 a.m. on November 4, 2010. |

| Booths: | 10 feet wide by 8 feet deep. All booths rent for $250 each; $300 after September 3, 2010 |
| Equipment Supplied: | 8 feet high back drapes and side drapes 3 feet high, one 6 foot draped display table, and two upholstered chairs. Drapery colors will be forest green and white. The Thelma Keller Convention Center will be in charge of this area this year. |
| Extra Equipment: | If you need additional furniture, such as extra tables and chairs, electrical service, etc., you may order using enclosed forms from Patty Greene at the Thelma Keller Convention Center—217.347.5115. |
| Forms: | Enclosed you will find all the forms needed: introduction letter, application form, tax form, door prize form, and Convention center electrical and furniture. |
| Registration: | Each person representing a firm is invited to register for the convention at the registration desk at no cost to the exhibitor. Badges will be distributed in the exhibit area or they will be available at the registration desk. This badge is required for admission into the exhibit area and also entitles the exhibitor to participate in the conference meetings. |
| Labor Rules/Regs: | All labor is subject to prevailing union jurisdiction, rules, rates, and other regulations. |
| Care of Property: | No nails, scotch tape, screws, or bracing wire may be used in erecting displays without the consent of the hotel management. All property must be replaced in its original condition by the exhibitor at the exhibitor’s expense. |
| Shipping and Storage: | The Thelma Keller Convention Center will allow you to ship materials directly to the exhibit location no earlier than one week before our conference on November 3, 2010. |
