We have two hotels for the conference. The main hotel is the Hilton Garden Inn. The second hotel is the Holiday Inn Express (located across the parking lot from the convention center).

The reservation deadline for the conference rate is no later than October 8, 2010 for both hotels. After October 8, 2010, rooms will be subject to availability and not guaranteed at the IBEA Conference Rate.
