Since 1982, Chris Egelston has helped hundreds of private organizations and companies including GTE, Wal-Mart, and McDonald’s make their events amazingly successful! He is a master at involving the audience in his programs. Chris knows how to have fun with participants from the audience and make them “stars” of the show.
Chris will be presenting two programs for the IBEA Conference. First, he will keynote the luncheon session with his program of magic, clean comedy, mindreading and fun-filled audience participation.
Then, during his breakout session, “How To Use Magic As A Teaching Tool,” Chris will teach you how to use magic and other Transformation Mechanisms to make a greater impact on your students. Each attendee will receive a Mini Magic Set and will learn not only how to do the tricks but how to use them to deliver a teaching lesson.
Chris uses his marketing and sales expertise as a consultant and trainer for companies. He also works as a Trade Show Sales Infotainer by helping companies to get more leads and more customers at shows where they exhibit.
In 1992, Chris earned his MBA from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale to go with his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing earned two years earlier. He has also authored the book “Attract And Keep Your Customers Forever!” And is the creator of the “Success Magic Achievement System.”
His peers recognize Chris as a master magician, but he doesn’t take himself too seriously when performing. “My number one goal is for the audience to have fun, and if I fool them a little along the way, that’s just an added plus for my day,” he says.
In November of 2003 Chris received his Certified Magic Professional (CMP) designation for his professionalism and excellence in the art of magic. He is one of only 40 magicians in the world to have earned this honor.
