Registration fees for this conference are as follows:

Registration fee includes: Conference Gift Bag, Thursday brunch and snack, Thursday night's President's Reception, and Friday’s breakfast and lunch.

In order to register at the member price, you must select that you are a current member in the Membership Information section or you must choose to pay your IBEA dues in the Membership Dues Payment section. If you select that you are not a member, the price will reflect the non-IBEA member price.

ATTENTION NON-CURRENT MEMBERS: If you have not renewed or joined IBEA prior to June 1, 2011, you will be able to create your username, password, and pay your IBEA dues with the conference registration.

ATTENTION IBEA MEMBERS WITH DUES EXPIRING PRIOR TO NOVEMBER 1, 2024: Please login to the website and follow the directions located here to update your user information and pay your membership dues. You may then register for the conference as a current IBEA member. If you are unsure of your membership expiration date, you may check that by clicking the View Profile link after logging in to the IBEA website. Click the Subscription tab and your membership expiration date will be displayed.

ATTENTION CURRENT IBEA MEMBERS: If you have a current membership, please login to the website using the IBEA Member Login box located at the right of the screen prior to registering for the conference. By doing this, it will transfer all your user information to the registration form.

If another organization, such as an EFE, will be completing your registration, please supply them with your username or e-mail address and your password so that they will be able to sign in to complete your registration for you.

PLEASE NOTE: Current IBEA Members or conference registrants paying their dues with the conference registration need to mark the appropriate circle in the Membership Information section. so that the appropriate fee will be charged. The final fees that you will be charged will be viewable once you click the "Next Step" button at the bottom of this page.

ATTENTION STUDENTS AND RETIRED IBEA MEMBERS: Please make sure that you mark the appropriate box in the Demographic Items section. The appropriate discount will be applied to the final fees once you click the "Next Step" button at the bottom of this page.

IBEA is accepting credit card and PayPal payments through this registration form. IBEA is accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

Your transaction will appear on your credit/debit card statement as PAYPAL *ILBUSEDASSN.

ATTENTION CONFERENCE ATTENDEES NEEDING TO PAY WITH A PURCHASE ORDER: You will need the following information to register with a purchase order. You will not be able to register unless this information is provided.

1. A purchase order number from your business office. This number must match the uploaded copy.
2. An electronic copy of the paper purchase order that will be uploaded into our system. The number on this electronic copy must match the number entered on the online form.
3. Name and e-mail address of the Accounts Payable contact for your school district, EFE, etc. so that IBEA can send an invoice to receive payment.
