Conference Sponsorship Application

Application for conference sponsorship should be made on this form. It is mutually understood that the information contained in the General Information for Exhibitors becomes part of the agreement when application is made to provide sponsorship at the conference. The General Information for Exhibitors will be sent as a PDF attachment to your confirmation e-mail.

Booth spaces are 8' by 6' and are included in your sponsorship. A sponsorship costs $2,000 and must be paid in full by October 1, 2024. After October 1, 2024, no sponsorships will be accepted. 

As a sponsor, you will receive the following: 

1. Expanded booth area in the exhibit hall
2. Exclusive sponsor presentation session(s) on Wednesday evening
3. Two full conference registrations, including all meals
4. Two tickets to the Board of Directors Dinner on Wednesday 4:00p-5:30p (offsite)
5. Recognition as an IBEA Sponsor throughout the conference
6. Advertising on IBEA publications, website, social media at the conference and throughout the year

IBEA is accepting credit card and PayPal payments through this registration form. IBEA is accepting Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
