IBEA has scholarship opportunities available for any IBEA member.

The Dora J. Beattie Undergraduate Scholarship

The Beattie Undergraduate Scholarship is available to undergraduate students who plan to become business teachers or further their professional development as business teachers. This year we are offering up to ten scholarships of $5,000 each.

The Gloria Bousley Graduate Scholarship

The Bousley Graduate Scholarship ($2,500) is available to qualified IBEA members who are enrolled in an Illinois college or university graduate level business teacher education program or related area with an emphasis in business education.

The Dora J. Beattie Conference Stipend

If you are a student member of IBEA and are planning to attend IBEA’s annual conference, you are eligible for a Dora J. Beattie Conference Stipend. This year, up to ten stipends will be awarded based on the scholarship committee’s discretion.
