• The Fall 2008 meeting of EIBEA was during the IBEA Fall Conference on Thursday, November 14, 2008 at the Keller Convention Center in Effingham, IL
  
  
• The program consisted of the multiple IBEA Conference sessions that were available for conference attendees to attend during the 3 day conference.
