The 2015 Conference Host and Hostess are Roger Ramey and Dr. Linda Hefferin.

Roger Ramey came to Elgin Community College in January of 2000 after a 30-year career in the business world. He spent his time working at United Airlines, Hilton Hotels, and as a partner in a small CPA firm. Roger spent a year in Vietnam as part of a 4-year enlistment in the United States Marine Corps. He has his Master's degree in accounting and education. Roger currently teaches Office Administration Technology at Elgin Community College.

Dr. Linda Hefferin taught at Elgin Community College for 30 years before retiring and being named Professor Emerita of Business Management. She is a past president of IBEA, and former recipient of the North Central Business Education Association Post-Secondary Teacher of the Year Award and the National Business Education Association Post-Secondary Teacher of the Year Award. Linda currently is an Adjunct Business Management Instructor for Columbia College of Missouri, Elgin Campus.
