On behalf of the IBEA, Illinois Business Education Association Board of Directors, we invite you to participate as an exhibitor at the 2019 IBEA Annual Fall Conference. This year’s conference will be held Wednesday, November 6 to Friday, November 8, 2019, at the President Abraham Lincoln Springfield—a DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Springfield, Illinois. This conference provides an effective means for you to demonstrate products and services while making personal contacts with approximately 200-250 secondary, post-secondary, and college teachers. Booth rental space is $250 if paid in full by September 30, 2019, or $300 per booth from October 1 through October 15, 2019.

Exhibit Times
The Exhibit Hall—located near the meal function area—will be open Thursday from 7:30-11:30 a.m. and 1:45-4:30 p.m. The Exhibit Hall Grand Opening is scheduled from 8:30–9:00 a.m. Additional times when sessions are not scheduled include 10:00-10:30 a.m. and 2:45-3:30 p.m. (Please see the Schedule-At-A-Glance that is subject to change).  PLEASE PLAN TO PACK YOUR BOOTH ON THURSDAY AFTER 4:30 P.M.

Please find and return the enclosed 2019 Application for Booth Space with a $50 deposit to reserve your booth space any time prior to September 30, 2019. If you wish, you may submit the full payment of $250 to reserve your spot instead of the $50 deposit. On October 1, 2019, the booth space increases to $300. The deadline to submit your exhibit paperwork to guarantee a spot is October 15, 2019. Please make your check payable to IBEA. You may also pay with a credit card via the IBEA website, www.ibea.org!

On Thursday afternoon, we conduct a raffle with door prizes—an eagerly-anticipated event by the conference attendees. We encourage you to provide a door prize donation for the raffle. If you are interested, please sign and return the 2019 Door Prize Confirmation Form. If we are informed of your intent prior to October 15, your company’s generosity will be recognized in the conference program booklet.

If applicable, please complete and return the 2019 Sales Tax Exemption Form.
Additional Sponsorship Opportunity
Any exhibitor at the 2019 IBEA Annual Fall Conference who provides a sponsorship donation totaling a minimum of $1,000 to the cover the cost of AV equipment, keynote speaker, technology, meal, or other expenses for the IBEA Annual Fall Conference will have their booth rental fee reduced by 50 percent for exhibit space.

Exhibitors will receive one complimentary Thursday lunch meal for each paid booth. If an exhibitor would like to purchase additional lunch tickets for other exhibitors in the booth, the cost is $30 each. Please indicate on the booth application form if you would like the complimentary Thursday lunch and the number of additional lunch meal tickets. You are welcome to join us for Thursday breakfast at a cost of $22 per person. Please include the payment for additional meals with your booth fee.
