At the 2019 IBEA Fall Conference in November at the Abraham Lincoln Springfield, A DoubleTree Hotel, four undergraduate scholarships were awarded. The recipients of those scholarships were Rachael AlveryChloe LombardiAllegra Victor, and Morgan Luttrell.

Rachael Alvery is in her senior year at Illinois State University and will graduate in May 2020. She works as a substitute teacher. After earning her teaching credentials and teaching at the high-school level for a time, Rachael would like to teach at the community-college level.

Chloe Lombardi also is a senior at Illinois State University and will graduate in May 2020. Her early college interest was accounting, but she transferred her affection to Business Education. Chloe believes in giving back and making a difference in the lives of her students.

Allegra Victor is another senior at Illinois State University graduating in May 2020. Allie works as a substitute teacher in LaSalle County while she earns on her Business Education degree. While filling a long-term sub position in the Business Department, she loved working with the high-school students and decided to pursue a Business teaching degree.

Morgan Luttrell is a senior at Eastern Illinois University and also will graduate in May 2020. She is a substitute teacher at the elementary, junior-high, and high-school levels. In addition, she works at Glitzy Girlz Boutique/Rustic Treasures Antiques. Morgan is fulfilling the dream she had as an eight year old—becoming a teacher
