Ex-Officio Vacancies (Non-Voting)

1. Illinois State Board of Education Liaison (this position is hired by ISBE and the successful candidate is automatically on the IBEA Board of Directors)

Members are expected to attend two board meetings, one in mid to late April and one at the fall conference. Board members are also assigned a role usually related to assisting at the fall conference.

IBEA is also looking for a parliamentarian for its board meetings. The parliamentarian is an exofficio (non-voting) member of the board of directors.
